Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead and manage the telesales team, drive advertisement sales, improve lead conversion, and achieve business targets through effective sales strategies and team performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly team targets.
• Train and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance.
• Develop strategies for lead conversion and appointment generation.
• Prepare effective sales scripts, FAQs and customer response templates.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure effective coordination.
• Maintain accurate customer records and KPI reports in CRM.
• Analyse sales data, identify trends and suggest improvement areas.
• Monitor overall team performance and ensure achievement of business targets.

Key Requirements:

• Any Graduate ( BBA / MBA Preferred), with 2+years of experience in telesales.
• Previous experience as a Telesales Manager / Team Leader.
• Strong telesales, managerial, and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of CRM software.
• Strong team handling and performance management skills.
• Good communication skills in Gujarati and English.
• Customer coordination and conflict management skills.
• Strong focus on lead generation, conversion, and target achievement.
