Job Title: Travel Consultant / Travel Sales Specialist
About Us Off2Sky Travel Partner Pvt Ltd is a Corporate travel agency dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, wanderlust-driven individual to join our team and help our clients navigate the world.
The RoleAs a Travel Consultant, you will be the architect of our clients' dream vacations. You’ll handle everything from initial brainstorming and research to final bookings and post-trip follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult & Curate: Co-ordinate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget to design custom itineraries.
- Booking Management: Secure flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and tours using airline portals, and Galileo system.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with travel trends, visa requirements, and safety protocols.
- Problem Solving: Be the hero when travel plans go sideways (flight cancellations, weather delays, etc.).
What We’re Looking For
- Experience or Fresher can apply who can understand customer service.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in GDS systems Galileo or online booking platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills—you should be able to sell a destination through words.
- Organization: The ability to juggle multiple complex itineraries without breaking a sweat.
- The "Traveler" Mindset: Personal travel experience is a huge plus. We want someone who knows the difference between a tourist trap and a hidden gem.
