  • Software Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Post-Production Workflow: Deep understanding of video formats, codecs, compression, and final delivery standards.
  • Creative Leadership: Ability to mentor junior editors, establish brand consistency, and collaborate seamlessly with directors and marketing teams.
  • Storytelling: Strong expertise in pacing, audio mixing, color correction, and narrative structuring. 

Typical Responsibilities

  • Editing & Assembly: Assembling raw footage into cohesive, high-quality course content, promotional videos, and campaigns.
  • Quality Assurance: Leading the post-production pipeline and ensuring all final cuts meet brand objectives.
  • Workflow Management: Organizing project files, hitting tight deadlines, and optimizing media for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and corporate broadcasts.
