Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook.
• Perform basic SEO activities to improve website visibility on Google.
• Manage WhatsApp Business and respond to customer inquiries.
• Share product details, images, catalogues, and quotations with potential customers.
• Handle customer follow-ups through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Generate leads and assist in converting inquiries into sales.
• Maintain customer records and provide daily work updates.
• Support online marketing campaigns and other digital marketing activities.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of social media management and SEO.
• Good WhatsApp handling and customer communication skills.
• Basic sales, lead generation, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed monthly salary: ₹7,000–₹12,000, depending on skills and experience.
• Performance-based incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month.
