Job Description
Guide and support the CRM team in customer dealing and follow-ups.
Provide the team with accurate information about jewellery products, designs, gold/diamond details, offers, schemes and services.
Help team members handle customer queries and difficult situations.
Handle important customer queries personally whenever required.
Train and assist CRM team members on jewellery products and customer communication.
Monitor CRM activities and support the team in achieving sales and follow-up targets.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth customer handling.
