Shri Laadli Ventures LLP, under its brand Excellence Nuts & Crisp, is looking for an experienced, energetic, and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales growth and expand our market presence.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Build and expand dealer, distributor, and retail networks across assigned markets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new territories/markets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
• Drive primary and secondary sales and ensure consistent market growth.
• Lead, manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, schemes, and market activities.
• Ensure proper execution of company sales schemes and promotional activities.
• Monitor customer payments, outstanding amounts, and collection targets.
• Prepare and submit regular sales, market, and team performance reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Contribute to brand expansion and increase the market presence of Excellence Nuts & Crisp.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Sales Management.
• Experience in FMCG, Dry Fruits, Nuts, Food Products, or related industries is preferred.
• Proven experience in handling dealers, distributors, retailers, and sales teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong understanding of market development and sales processes.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven approach.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel as required for business and market development.
