Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company loan products.
  • Attend inbound customer queries and respond in a professional and timely manner.
  • Explain product basics, eligibility, and required documents to customers.
  • Generate customer interest and convert leads into potential business opportunities.
  • Conduct proper follow-up with interested customers and maintain regular contact until closure.
  • Handle customer conversations with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate call remarks, lead status, and follow-up details in the CRM/system.
