Job Description
- Identify and acquire new merchants/customers in the assigned area.
- Conduct daily field visits to meet potential and existing customers.
- Promote PhonePe products and services.
- Build and maintain good relationships with merchants.
- Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Explain products, services, and offers to customers.
- Ensure proper onboarding and activation of new merchants.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain daily sales and activity reports.
- Resolve basic customer/merchant queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
