Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Regularly visit customers, dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
Ensure proper product availability and distribution across the assigned area.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
