POS Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage the company's POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Generate customer bills and invoices accurately.
• Handle cash, UPI, card and other payment transactions.
• Maintain daily sales and transaction records.
• Check product prices, discounts, stock and billing details.
• Coordinate with the sales, accounts and store teams.
• Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
• Ensure proper closing of daily POS transactions and cash reconciliation.
• Report any billing, payment or system-related issues to the senior/manager.

Maintain proper records and follow company billing procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage POS and billing operations

• Generate invoices and customer bills

• Handle Cash, UPI & Card payments

• Maintain daily sales and transaction records

• Perform cash/POS reconciliation

• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts & Store teams

• Resolve basic billing and POS-related issues

• Maintain accurate records and reports
