Job Description

  • Welcome customers and assist them in selecting jewellery according to their preferences and budget.
  • Explain jewellery designs, quality, pricing, and product features.
  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Promote jewellery products and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom looks attractive.
  • Handle billing, sales transactions, and customer follow-ups.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Keep jewellery stock and showroom inventory properly organised.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
  • Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
  • Experience in jewellery sales will be an added advantage.
  • Freshers can also apply.
