Job Description
Tally Prime Knowledge
Social Media Management
Good Gujarati and Hindi communication; basic English preferred
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer inquiries
Coordinate with customers, technicians, suppliers, and management
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and services
Maintain proper records of sales, expenses, and other office activities
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
