Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • 1. Partner identification and mentoring
  • 2. Install CPE devices
  • 3. Drive quality installations
  • 4. Address partner queries
  • 5. Visit partners for checks
  • 6. Conduct group meetings
  • 7. Interact with customers
  • 8. Troubleshoot device queries
  • 9. Record job in CRM portal
  • 10. Upgrade device software
  • 11. Repair handsets, PCB swap
  • 12. Train / support service points
  • 13. Adhoc responsibilities as needed
  • Education Requirement :
  • 10+2/ITI/Diploma/Certification in Device Care
  • Experience Requirement :
  • 2 - Maximum 4 Years
