Position: Field Sales Executive – Solar Energy

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

We are expanding our sales team and looking for energetic, confident and target-oriented Field Sales Executives who are interested in building a career in the rapidly growing Renewable Energy sector.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Solar Projects.
• Visit potential customers and understand their solar requirements.
• Explain solar solutions, benefits, electricity savings and project details to customers.
• Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
• Generate and convert leads into successful sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls and field visits.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
• Coordinate with the technical and installation teams whenever required.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
• Submit regular sales reports to the reporting manager.
• Candidate RequirementsQualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: 0–3 Years
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Confident, energetic and self-motivated personality.
• Comfortable with field work and local travel.
• Target-oriented approach with a strong desire to earn and grow.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and MS Office will be preferred.

Salary & Incentive

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, communication skills and overall capability.

Performance-Based Incentive:

In addition to the fixed salary, the selected candidate will be eligible for attractive performance-based incentives on successful sales and business generation.
