About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to develop and grow our business in UltraTech Cement and MYK Arment construction chemicals across Raipur and other parts of Chhattisgarh.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with contractors, builders, architects, engineers, dealers and project companies, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate new leads and develop new customers for UltraTech Cement and MYK Arment products.
• Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, dealers, architects and project locations regularly.
• Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects and generate product enquiries.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contractors, builders, engineers and dealers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers and follow up until order confirmation.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for timely collections.

Marketing

• Promote MYK Arment construction chemicals and UltraTech Cement through regular market visits.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at construction sites whenever required.
• Identify opportunities for waterproofing, flooring, repair & rehabilitation, tile adhesives, grouts and other construction chemical applications.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product trials, site visits and technical assistance.
• Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, new projects and customer requirements.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Build long-term relationships with key contractors, builders and project decision-makers.
• Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, quotations, orders and customer follow-ups.
• Resolve customer queries and coordinate internally for smooth order execution and delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–4 years in sales/marketing, preferably in cement, construction materials, construction chemicals or building materials.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
• Good knowledge of the Raipur/Chhattisgarh construction market will be an advantage.
• Should be comfortable with extensive field visits.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Must have a sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and email.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

• Monthly sales achievement.
• New customer acquisition.
• Number and value of new project enquiries.
• Conversion of enquiries into orders.
• Development of contractor/dealer network.
• Collection of outstanding payments.
• Market coverage and regular site visits.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and capability

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives in addition to fixed salary.

Travel: Field travel expenses as per company policy.

Preferred Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates who have existing relationships with contractors, builders, civil engineers, architects, dealers and construction companies in Chhattisgarh.
