Job Description

We are hiring Female Accounts Assistant for KHATKHAT HANDLOOM

Job Role : Accounts Assistant / Junior Accountant


Responsibilities :

-Daily sales & purchese entry in Tally or Excel

-Book keeping and maintaing all financial records

-GST invoice preparation and basic GST filing support

-Shipping coordination -preparing courier slips,tracking order

-Handling DTDC/Shiprocket booking and dispatch

-Bank reconciliation and petty cash management

-Handling phone calls from customer regarding payment

-Preparing monthly sales reports


Requirement :

-Only Female candidates

-Education : 12th pass/B.com preferred

-Experience : 2 year experience mandatory

-Basic computer knowledge -MS EXCEL ,MS WORD must

-Tally knowledge will be added advantage

-Knowledge of courier booking/shipping process preferred

-Good communication in Hindi and English



Salary:10,000-15,000 per month based on experience

Job Type : Full-time

Timing :10:00AM -6:00PM,6 days working
