Locations: Asansol, Dhule, Ranchi, Siliguri

Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

Work Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

🏢 About the JobWe are looking for candidates who have good knowledge of cars and can handle customers at our Cars24 yard.

Your main responsibility will be to interact with customers who visit the yard, check their cars, explain the selling process and convince them to sell their cars through Cars24.

🔹 What will you have to do?Handle customers who visit the Cars24 yard.

1. Check customers' cars and understand their condition.
2. Explain the car inspection and selling process.
3. Convince customers to sell their cars through Cars24.
4. Explain and sell the Car Health Report.
5. Handle customer questions and doubts.
6. Negotiate with customers and try to close the deal.
7. Make calls and follow up with customers.
8. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing.
9. Complete your monthly sales and business targets.

👤 What are we looking for?Good knowledge of cars, their models and basic technical details.

• Good communication skills.
• Customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Confidence to convince customers and close deals.
• Valid 4-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
• Should know how to drive both manual and automatic cars.
• Should be comfortable with calling, follow-ups and yard-based work.
• Experience in car sales, car inspection, automobile service or customer handling will be preferred.

⏰ Working Days & Weekly Off6 working days per week.

• Saturday and Sunday will be working days.
• One weekly off will be provided between Monday and Friday, as per the roster.
