Job Description:

BG Solar System, Chatrapati Sambhajinagar's trusted local solar energy brand, is looking for a dynamic MBA (Marketing) graduate to lead and strengthen our marketing function. The ideal candidate will drive brand strategy, plan marketing campaigns, build the lead generation funnel, and work closely with the field sales team to convert leads for industrial customers — helping us scale our mission of making Sambhajinagar a Green City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan
• Conduct market research to identify target segments, competitor positioning, and growth opportunities
• Plan and manage digital marketing activities — social media, WhatsApp marketing, Google My Business, and local online presence
• Design and oversee offline marketing initiatives — pamphlets, banners, society/RWA tie-ups, and local partnerships
• Build and manage the lead generation funnel, ensuring quality leads are handed off to the field sales team
• Track marketing ROI, campaign performance, and lead conversion metrics; prepare regular MIS reports
• Coordinate and guide the field marketing/sales team on messaging, targeting, and daily execution
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels
• Manage marketing budget and vendor/agency relationships (printing, design, digital ads, etc.)
• Identify new customer segments, referral programs, and partnership opportunities to expand reach

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing (or Marketing & Sales specialisation)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh MBA graduates with strong internships may also apply
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi/Marathi/English)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting/analytics
• Leadership ability to guide and coordinate with the field marketing team
• Understanding of the local Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar market is a plus
