Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Real Estate Telecaller & Sales Executive for our 3 BHK residential apartment project located in Satara Parisar / Rajdhani Colony, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The project is 80% complete and priced attractively at ₹55 Lakhs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact inbound digital leads (Facebook, Instagram, and web campaigns) promptly to explain project details.
2. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested buyers and resolve preliminary inquiries.
3. Schedule and coordinate maximum on-site visits every weekend and weekday.
4. Attend walk-in clients at the project site and showcase flat layouts, amenities, and connectivity.
5. Coordinate with the project team and prospective buyers to facilitate booking closures and loan processing.
6. Maintain daily call logs, site visit records, and pipeline updates.
What We Offer:

Salary Type: Fixed + Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
Incentives / Perks: High incentives per booking (₹12,000 – per flat closure)
Working Days: 6 Days a week (Tuesday or Wednesday weekly off; presence on Saturday and Sunday is mandatory)
Shift Timings: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM (Day Shift)
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Education: Any Graduate
Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years in Telecalling, Real Estate Sales, Banking, or Loan Sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Languages Known: Marathi (Fluent), Hindi (Fluent), English (Basic)
Skills Required: Telecalling, Lead Management, Customer Handling, Negotiation, Follow-up
Assets / Mandatory: Must own a 2-Wheeler with a valid driving license
