• Analyse student performance and provide appropriate academic guidance.
• Contribute to question-paper, test and study-material development.
• Maintain academic discipline and follow the institute's academic methodology.
• Continuously work towards improving student outcomes.
• RequirementsStrong command over the respective subject.
• Teaching experience with XI–XII / JEE / NEET / MHT-CET / Board students.
• Excellent conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and structured manner.
• Good classroom communication and student-engagement skills.
• Experience in reputed coaching institutes will be an advantage.
