Job Description

Responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out, managing reservations, answering calls, providing information, handling guest requests and complaints, and ensuring smooth front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and assist guests professionally.



Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.



Manage room reservations, cancellations and amendments.



Answer telephone calls, emails and guest enquiries.



Handle billing, payments and cash transactions.



Coordinate with Housekeeping and other hotel departments.



Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.



Maintain accurate guest records and front office reports.



Provide information about hotel facilities and services.



Maintain professional grooming and excellent customer service standards.



Follow hotel policies, SOPs and safety procedures.
