Job Description

  • Assist chef with food preparation, cutting, portioning and basic cooking
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
  • Portion food according to standard quantities
  • Pack meals, pouches, tubs and orders correctly
  • Check sealing, labelling, batch/date stickers and packaging quality
  • Ensure correct product and quantity before dispatch
  • Maintain basic stock of packaging material
  • Follow food-safety and hygiene procedures
