Job Description
Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and engage with prospective clients through suitable sales and business development activities.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to provide relevant product information and solutions.
• Prepare and share quotations, follow up on enquiries, and support the conversion of leads into business opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates throughout the sales process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Good follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Result-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized approach to managing client enquiries, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Experience:
