Job Title: Client Relationship Officer
Location: Bahraich
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 CTC + Incentives + Bonus
Gender: Male & Female
Age: 19–26 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused Client Relationship Officer to join our Bahraich branch. The candidate will manage client interactions, provide financial guidance, and ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
- Address client queries and assist with product information.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up regularly.
- Work towards achieving sales and service targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Education: 12th Pass
- Age: 19–26 years
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and proactive
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
