Job Description

  1. Generate new sales leads through field visits, references, and market surveys.
  2. Meet contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, government departments, and equipment rental companies.
  3. Promote and sell construction equipment, spare parts, and service contracts.
  4. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
  5. Ensure timely collection of Purchase Orders (POs) and advance payments.
  6. Maintain daily visit reports and update the CRM/sales pipeline.
  7. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  8. Coordinate with finance companies for customer funding and loan approvals.
  9. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, deliveries, and payments.
  10. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  11. Support machine delivery, installation, and customer handover.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  13. Identify opportunities for repeat business, spare parts sales, and AMC/service business.
