Job Description

  • Handle patient registration, admission, and discharge documentation.
  • Attend phone calls and assist patients and visitors.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and emergency staff.
  • Manage emergency patient entries and provide timely assistance.
  • Maintain patient records, registers, and billing documentation.
  • Handle cash receipts and billing coordination as assigned.
  • Provide information about hospital services and guide patients.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper shift handover.
  • Follow hospital policies and maintain patient confidentiality.
