Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of 10–15 Field Executives across the assigned location.
Handle NPA (Non-Performing Asset) cases and written-off loan accounts associated with Slice Small Finance Bank.
Monitor field operations and ensure timely follow-ups on assigned cases.
Guide and motivate Field Executives to achieve collection and recovery targets.
Track team performance and submit regular reports to management.
Ensure professional conduct and compliance with company policies during field visits and recovery activities.
