Job Description
Location: BT Road
- Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers visiting the showroom
- Attend incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Handle customer appointments and maintain visitor records.
- Coordinate with the Sales departments.
- Assist with front-desk operations, documentation, and daily reporting.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and professional showroom environment.
- Required SkillsGood verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to coordinate with different departments.
- EligibilityMinimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Reception, CRE, Customer Care, or the Automobile Industry will be an advantage.
