Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, sales-driven Bakery Outlet Manager to manage our Live Bakery at Reliance Smart Bazaar, Belagavi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bakery operations, sales and customer service.
  • Drive sales growth, improve conversions and increase average billing value.
  • Supervise production, product quality, freshness and display.
  • Manage staff scheduling, discipline, training and performance.
  • Handle POS billing, cash reconciliation, inventory and stock control.
  • Minimise wastage, damages and operational costs.
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety and store presentation standards.
  • Submit daily sales, production and operational reports to management.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in bakery, QSR, food retail or store management.
  • Strong leadership, sales and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer, POS and inventory management knowledge.
  • Self-motivated, accountable and target-oriented.

Preference: Candidates with hands-on food retail experience and the ability to independently manage an outlet.
