Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounts using Tally Prime, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries and ledger updates.
  • Prepare and manage GST invoices, e-invoices and e-way bills.
  • Handle GST portal activities, including return preparation, filing support, tax payment follow-ups and reconciliation.
  • Work confidently with MS Excel for accounting reports, data entry, reconciliations and summaries.
  • Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, vendor accounts and GST records.
  • Track receivables, payables, expenses and outstanding payments.
  • Maintain vouchers, bills and other accounting documents in an organised manner.
  • RequirementsMinimum 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime, Excel and the GST portal.
  • IT or service industry experience will be an advantage.
