TASC is looking for experienced recruitment professionals to join our team.

📌 Position: Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist

📍 Location: TASC Outsourcing, 2nd Floor, Aurbis, Concord Building, Richmond Road, Shanthala Nagar, Richmond Town, Bengaluru – 560025

📅 Walk-In Dates: 2nd November to 13th November

⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Please note: Interviews will be conducted only on working days. Kindly avoid Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 4+ years of core recruitment experience
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
• Experience in volume and/or niche hiring
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Target-driven and process-oriented approach
• Good ATS and reporting discipline
• Candidates who have interviewed with us in the last 6 months are not eligible to reapply

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Understand requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
• Screen and shortlist relevant candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Build strong candidate pipelines
• Drive closures while maintaining quality
• Maintain accurate ATS updates and reports
• Manage candidate and stakeholder relationships
