Job Summary:
The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing branch operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the branch
Monitor daily sales activities and performance metrics
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and execution
Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
