About the RoleBig MeatMart is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage accounting, finance, taxation, inventory and financial reporting across our multi-outlet meat and seafood retail business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting, sales, purchases and expenses.
• Handle outlet-wise sales, cash, UPI, card and online payment reconciliation.
• Manage vendor accounts, payments and outstanding balances.
• Monitor inventory, stock transfers, wastage and stock variance.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and P&L.
• Handle bank reconciliation and payment gateway reconciliation.
• Manage GST, TDS and other accounting compliance with CA support.
• Monitor payroll, expenses and fixed assets.
• Coordinate with stores, purchase, operations and management.
• Support audits and maintain accurate financial records.
• Identify accounting errors, financial leakages and cost-control opportunities.
• Required SkillsB.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.
• 4–8 years accounting experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, food or multi-outlet business.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation and inventory accounting.
• Excellent MS Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with Tally, GoFrugal, Petpooja, BillMaxo, Zoho Books or similar software preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage accounts and prepare management reports.
