*** URGENT REQUIREMENT ***
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Assistant Manager – Human Resources to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the organisation in building a professional, engaged and performance-driven workplace.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Payroll coordination and HR Policies, with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with employees and management.
The candidate should be someone who can work closely with employees and management, identify HR issues proactively and help create a disciplined, transparent and employee-friendly workplace.
