Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet showroom walk-ins, answer phone/online leads, and follow up with prospective buyers.
- Needs Assessment: Understand a customer's budget, lifestyle, and preferences to recommend matching car models.
- Vehicle Demonstrations & Test Drives: Explain technical features, specifications, and safety options, and accompany clients on test drives.
- Sales & Negotiation: Discuss pricing, trade-in valuations, vehicle exchanges, and optional packages (accessories, warranties).
- Finance & Documentation: Coordinate with internal finance, insurance, and delivery teams to process purchase contracts, loan applications, and legal paperwork.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines in the dealership's system.
- Post-Sales Service: Ensure a smooth vehicle handover and follow up to build long-term trust, repeat business, and referrals.
