Job Description

Key Responsibilities


• Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and programs.

• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries and convert leads into admissions.

• Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and parents.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

• Explain course details, fees, benefits, and admission procedures.

• Maintain accurate lead and customer records.

• Coordinate with the academic and sales teams for smooth admissions.

• Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions.


Requirements


• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong counselling and sales abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to handle parent/student queries professionally.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Experience in EdTech, Education Sales, Counselling, or Tele-sales is preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
