Job Title: Career Counsellor (EdTech Sales)

About the Role at MicroDegree is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Career Counsellors to guide prospective learners and help them choose the right upskilling programs. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in EdTech sales, excellent communication skills in Kannada, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students regarding MicroDegree's courses and career opportunities.
• Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Follow up with prospective learners until enrollment.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for a smooth enrollment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Sales (Mandatory)
• Kannada communication is Mandatory
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Strong counselling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of EdTech sales/career counselling experience.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
