• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Explain SBI banking products and services to customers.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Promote relevant banking products such as accounts, loans, cards, and other financial services.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive conversions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain customer information and call records in the CRM.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and application processing.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi and English proficiency; regional language is an advantage.
