1.    Blood collection skills

2.    Serum separation for various investigations

3.    Collecting and labelling the blood/serum samples with patient name, PRN, Date, Test name and time of collection

4.    Sending the samples to outsource and collecting the report, maintaining the records for the same on daily basis.

5.    Multi skilling, communication skill and counselling the patients

6.    Basic knowledge about MS Office for electronic data protection

7.    Familarise with working of various equipment technique like ELISA, CHEMILUMINISCENCE.

8.    Maintenance of various hormonal assay register and data protection

9.    Conducting of various hormone investigation and assessing the outcome of report

10. To maintain adequate stocks of various test kits and laboratory consumables.

11. Daily maintenance of all lab equipment.

12. Maintain all the test equipment in the laboratory in an organized manner

13. Maintain the calibration of equipment and AMC and service of the instrument in an organized manner

14. Performing INTERNAL QUALITY CONTROL for day to day validity of hormone investigation

15. Collecting blood and processing samples and delivering report in meantime as per our BIOCHEMISTRY DEPARMENT objective guidelines

16. To implement all laboratory investigations and equipment and all maintenance according to ISO 9001:2015 Standards.
