Job Description
Lead our inside sales team that sells coding and data analytics courses to students and graduates.
What you will do:
1. Audit calls every day, fix the pitch, give each counsellor clear feedback.
2. Train, mentor and coach the counsellors to reach their targets.
3. Push the team every day to meet monthly enrollment goals.
4. Hire new counsellors and train them until they sell on their own.
5. Handle calls yourself and close sales when a counsellor finds it hard.
6. Make sure every lead in the CRM (LeadSquared) is followed up.
7. Own the full sales process, from first call to admission.
Who we want:
1. 4+ years in inside sales or phone sales, 2+ years leading a sales team. Edtech preferred.
2. Can listen to a call and say exactly what went wrong and how to fix it.
3. Has hired and trained sales people before.
4. Good spoken English. Two of Kannada, Telugu, Tamil or Hindi is a plus.
5. Comfortable with a CRM and daily call targets.
6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. Reports to the Director.
Bring your own laptop and phone. SIM is provided.
