Job SummaryPixel Commerce is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, explain products, follow up with potential customers, and convert leads into successful sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.
• Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and delivery-related queries.
• Handle customer objections professionally and build strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on pending orders and improve sales conversion rates.
• Required Skills & QualificationsFluent Hindi and English communication skills are compulsory.
• Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
• Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Ability to achieve targets and work in a team.
• Basic computer, smartphone, and WhatsApp knowledge.
• Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
