Airport Taxi Sales Executive
Job Location: Quick Ride Taxi Pick Zone, Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 + incentives
Job Role
We are looking for a Booking Cum Customer Relation Executive to assist passengers arriving at the airport with taxi bookings through the Quick Ride booking application.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and interact with passengers at the airport.
- Understand passengers' transportation requirements.
- Assist passengers with taxi bookings using the Quick Ride Booking App.
- Explain booking details and guide passengers regarding their taxi.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth pickup.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain good customer relations and deliver a positive passenger experience.
- Follow company procedures and airport guidelines.
Working Hours
9-hour rotational shifts:
- Morning: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Afternoon: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- Night: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shift Rotation: One shift per week on a rotational basis.
Weekly Off
- 1 day weekly off
- Weekly off is generally planned at the beginning of each week.
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of using mobile applications.
- Ability to interact confidently with different types of passengers.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Ability to work in a customer-facing role.
