Position: Admission Counsellor

Location: Bangalore

Compensation : Rs20000- 40000/-

Role Summary

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for counselling prospective students and parents, managing admission enquiries, following up on leads, and converting suitable candidates into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding programmes, eligibility, fees, career opportunities and the admission process.
• Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails and digital leads.
• Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain lead records in CRM.
• Convert enquiries into applications and confirmed admissions.
• Assist students with application forms, documentation, interviews and fee payment.
• Coordinate campus visits, counselling sessions and admission events.
• Work closely with Marketing and Outreach teams for effective lead conversion.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports and achieve assigned admission targets.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in admissions, counselling, education sales or student recruitment preferred.
• Experience in colleges, universities, business schools, EdTech or coaching institutes will be an advantage.
