Tally Accountant

Job Description:

AmSan Technology is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally accounting software and a good understanding of the complete accounting process.

The ideal candidate must have previously worked with a Chartered Accountant (CA), CA firm, or auditing firm and should be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting transactions.

• Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Purchase Entries: Recording and maintaining sales invoices, purchase bills, and related transactions in Tally.
• Receipt & Payment Entries: Managing customer receipts, vendor payments, and daily accounting vouchers.
• Bank Reconciliation (BRS): Performing regular bank reconciliations and identifying discrepancies.
• Ledger Management: Maintaining accurate customer, supplier, and general ledger accounts.
• GST & TDS: Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting compliance requirements.
• Outstanding Follow-ups: Monitoring customer receivables, vendor payables, and payment reconciliation.
• Accounting Reports: Preparing trial balances, ledger statements, and basic MIS reports.
• Audit Coordination: Supporting Chartered Accountants and auditors with accounting records and documentation.
• Mandatory RequirementsB.Com graduate – compulsory.
• Minimum 1 to 1.5 years of practical accounting experience.
• Prior working experience with a CA firm, Chartered Accountant, or auditing firm is mandatory.
• Good hands-on knowledge of TallyPrime / Tally accounting software.
• Ability to independently handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and bank reconciliation entries.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
