Business Development Executive (BDE)

HOUSE CONSTRUCT is looking for a confident, target-driven Business Development Executive to handle customer enquiries and convert qualified leads into residential house construction projects. If you are good at communication, customer handling, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing sales, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.

Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and construction plans.

Explain our residential house construction services, process, packages, and offerings.

Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects. Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Schedule client meetings and site visits. Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.

Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM.

Track leads from initial enquiry to site visit and final conversion.

Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.

Maintain daily follow-up and sales reports.

Build strong relationships with customers and generate referral opportunities.

Key Skills

Excellent English & Kannada communication. Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Good customer handling and relationship-building ability.

Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

Ability to handle sales objections confidently.

Target-oriented and self-motivated. Good knowledge of CRM, MS Excel & MS Office.

Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
