Business Development Executive (BDE)/ Inside Sales Executive

• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and booking targets assigned by the company. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a seamless rental experience.

• Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and business partners. Sales Operations

• Maintain accurate customer records, follow-ups, and booking updates in the CRM.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales

• Generate new leads through field activities, referrals, and assigned inquiries.

• Meet prospective customers, understand their accommodation requirements, and recommend suitable properties.

• Conduct property visits and accompany customers during site inspections.

• Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and move-in processes.

• Stay updated on property availability, pricing, offers, and market trends.

• Submit daily activity reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.
