Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in construction/project execution. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, execution, contractor coordination, quality monitoring, and timely completion of project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.
• Check measurements, quantities, BOQ, and work completion.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Maintain proper site records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager/Project Head for smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction/project execution.
• Good knowledge of site execution, drawings, measurements, and BOQ.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently handle site activities.
• Willingness to work at project sites.
