Job Description

spense medicines accurately as per doctor’s prescription.

Explain dosage, usage, precautions, and storage to patients.

Maintain proper stock, expiry, and batch records.

Ensure timely purchase and replenishment of medicines.

Maintain pharmacy billing and daily sales records.

Handle prescription and patient information confidentially.

Follow pharmacy and clinic SOPs and compliance requirements.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front office for patient requirements.

Follow up on medicine refills and support appropriate cross-selling.

Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the pharmacy.

Report stock shortages, expired medicines, billing issues, or discrepancies immediately.

Provide excellent patient service and resolve pharmacy-related queries promptly
