Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of bakery items such as bread, buns, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked products.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to standard recipes.
- Operate bakery equipment including mixers, ovens, and baking tools safely.
- Support dough preparation, proofing, baking, cooling, and finishing processes.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery production area.
- Follow food safety, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatch preparation of bakery products.
- Monitor product quality and report any deviations to supervisors.
- Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients and materials.
- Support inventory counting and stock management activities.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of bakery production processes.
- Ability to follow recipes and production instructions.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic understanding of bakery equipment and tools.
Eligibility
- 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery, Food Production, or related field.
