Job Description
Prepare and cook South Indian, Chinese, and Coastal dishes as per standard recipes.
Handle daily mise en place and ensure all ingredients are ready before service.
Prepare dishes with consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
Good knowledge of South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, chutneys, curries, and rice preparations.
Good knowledge of Chinese dishes including noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli preparations, soups, starters, sauces, and wok-based dishes.
Knowledge of Coastal cuisine, including seafood preparation, fish curries, coastal masalas, marinades, fry items, and regional gravies.
Ensure proper handling, cleaning, cutting, marination, and storage of meat, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients.
